Admate Group is Looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate
Admate Group is seeking a Business Development and Sales Associate to market Fitomate, a boutique gym and health club marketing product. The associate will be responsible for prospecting new leads and would be the initial contact for the leads/new customers interested in our products & managed services. He/she will also assist new customers in completing assessment forms, online and over the phone, informing customers about the product features and terms, and following up after the initial assessment.
Fitomate focuses on the local fitness market. Fitomate has scaled business for boutiques, gyms, nutrition sales, and wellness centres. The market for these services is growing quickly and we are seeing increased specialization, as customers demand customized experience. We have a proven track record of growing revenue for new and existing health clubs.
Responsibilities in this role
- Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline by outbound calls to boutique fitness gyms and health clubs
- Receive inbound calls from potential customers.
- Answer questions about the product details, the company, and address fitness marketing problems of the customers
- Liaison between new customers and the product team of Fitomate
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience or knowledge of fitness industry
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Must possess professional and friendly attitude, and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
- Previous telesales experience is a plus
